Terms and conditions

In the event that the user pays any amount and/or contracts any service with WP Boosters, it will be considered as an absolute and express acceptance of the service policies stipulated herein.

  1. Payment must be made by credit card in two installments: 50% at the start and the remaining 50% upon delivery.
  2. To make the payment, the client must provide us with the company’s complete information (Copy of the Tax ID and billing details). Invoices will be sent via email for online payment. Such invoices will be issued in Canadian dollars at the applicable exchange rate.
  3. Once the initial deposit is made, the project start date will be scheduled.
  4. Before the start date, if there are changes on the site the client must send us the complete information organized by section and/or category (text files and images) to be included on their website.
  5. All text and image content must be delivered in digital format and will be the client’s responsibility (editing, proofreading, data entry, and/or photography services are not included. Any additional services will be quoted separately).
  6. No deposit is refundable or transferable. In case of cancellation, WPBoosters owns any work done.
  7. In the extraordinary case that WPBoosters agrees to issue a refund for a payment made via credit card, this refund will be made minus the charges that Stripe applies for receiving the original payment (2.9%-4.9%) since these charges are non-refundable by Stripe.

      Governing law, severability, dispute resolution and venue

      These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. THESE TERMS SHALL NOT BE GOVERNED BY THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE SALE OF INTERNATIONAL GOODS, THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE, NOR INCOTERMS.

      Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Website, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had with you regarding the Website. 

      Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms including but not limited to the interpretation or breach thereof shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Quebec, Canada..

      YOU AND WP BOOSTERS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

      Changes to Terms of Service

      We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you immediately of making any changes to these Terms of Service via by posting the updated terms of service to this website.
